Introduction

Are you an experienced HVAC Project Manager looking to drive complex projects from start to finish? Rör som Rör is now seeking an engaged HVAC Project Manager with a focus on riser replacements in Stockholm.

About the Role

Rör som Rör is a growing HVAC company delivering high-quality holistic solutions to construction firms, property owners, and project management companies. The company has a clear specialization in riser replacements and larger ROT projects, often getting involved early in the process to ensure the best possible final result.

As a Project Manager, you will have overall responsibility for your projects – from planning to completion – with a focus on time, economy, quality, and work environment.

For the first 12 months, you will be employed as a consultant via Simplified, with the goal of becoming a direct employee of Rör som Rör thereafter.

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for leading and driving riser replacement projects through the entire process.

Your main tasks include:

• Planning, leading, and monitoring project execution
• Responsible for budget, forecasts, and financial follow-up
• Coordinating resources, subcontractors, and deliveries
• Ensuring quality and that work complies with current regulations and industry standards
• Handling tenant-related works (ÄTA) and customer dialogue
• Participate in and lead project meetings, as well as responsible for project communication
• Responsible for inspection and handover

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience in project management within HVAC
• Experience working with riser replacement projects
• Good financial understanding and experience with budget follow-up
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
