Are you an experienced plumbing technician looking to take the next step and take on a more responsible role? Rör som Rör is currently seeking a Lead Technician who wants to drive projects and develop both working methods and the team.

Job Information

Rör som Rör is an established and growing plumbing company focused on high quality, reliability, and professional delivery. We provide comprehensive plumbing solutions with a special focus on riser replacements and major ROT (Repair, Optimization, and Transformation) projects.

As a Lead Technician, you will play a key role, being involved from the early stages of projects and contributing to planning, technical solutions, and execution.

The projects include:

• Major riser replacements
• ROT projects
• New construction
• Tenant adaptations and local adjustments

The first 6 months are employed via Simplified, with the ambition to become a direct employee of Rör som Rör thereafter.

Responsibilities

As a Lead Technician, you are responsible for driving work forward in projects and ensuring quality at all levels.

Your main tasks:

• Lead and distribute work within projects
• Ensure work follows industry standards and quality requirements
• Participate in planning and technical solutions early in the project
• Perform installation, service, and maintenance within plumbing
• Act as the contact person for customers and project management
• Support and mentor junior technicians

We are looking for you who

• Have at least 5 years of experience as a plumbing technician
• Are self-motivated and confident in your professional role
• Have experience leading work or a strong desire to take the next step
• Are structured, solution-oriented, and communicative
• Live in Stockholm or the surrounding area

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Säker Vatten certification
