Modern Estimator in Civil Engineering – Driven and eager to develop

On behalf of our client, Sibe Construction is looking for a modern estimator within civil engineering. Here you get the chance to step into a role where you independently manage the bidding process – from start to finish – while also contributing to the development of both the role and the company.

You will work with cost estimation, tenders, and purchasing within earthworks and civil engineering, handling bid and quotation flows with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Projects range from 500,000 SEK up to 80 million SEK as the largest. Your background

We are looking for someone accustomed to working in modern estimation software, and prior experience with BidCon is a definite advantage. You are driven by developing both working methods and results. You have experience within civil engineering and preferably prior experience with estimations. Experience in construction law and standards such as AMA/MER/RA-Anläggning as well as AB04 and ABT06 is meritorious.

Good computer skills are a given, and you master the Office suite, especially Word and Excel. Insight into economics or experience with contract management and scheduling is a plus. We view applicants with a technical education in contracting, earthworks, or civil engineering positively. Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing is a requirement.
