Assistant Nurses for 'Trygg i hemmet' Home Care Service

About Us: We are a private company offering home care services with a focus on security, respect, empathy, and good treatment. We work based on the Individual's Needs in the Center (IBIC) principle, which means we put our customers' unique needs and wishes at the center to create tailored and meaningful care in their own homes.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care and support to customers in their homes based on their individual needs.
• Perform practical tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and cooking.
• Assist with personal hygiene and medication management.
• Document and report changes in customers' health and needs.
• Contribute to a positive and secure environment for our customers by always acting with respect, empathy, and good treatment.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has education as an assistant nurse or equivalent experience.
• Is empathetic, responsible, and has good communication skills.
• Has the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Has a driver's license.
• Has a genuine interest in helping people.
