About the role

As an employee, you represent Hornbach and serve as an example of engagement, drive, and customer service. Hornbach's drive-in is a logistics center where customers pick up most of our heavier building and wood materials.

Examples of duties

• Handle daily operations, including unloading incoming goods
• Stock control and replenishment
• Advisory and sales of building and wood products to customers
• Administrate and pick customer orders
• Assist on other departments when needed

Your profile

• Upper secondary education or equivalent, plus experience in retail.
• Experience in selling building materials
• Stress-resistant, detail-oriented, and a good team player.
• We value good organization and expect you to have a naturally outgoing work style.
• Passionate about providing our customers with the best possible service.
• Help customers realize their projects through professional advice on our wide product range.
• Valid Category B driver's license is required.
• Forklift license (A1-A4 & B1-B4) and experience driving forklifts are required.

Working hours/Duration: Fixed-term, seasonal. Full-time 38.25 hours/week. Scheduled shifts during days, evenings, and every other weekend.

Salary: Salary according to collective agreement.
