For us, the customer is always number one. As a Style & Customer Advisor, you play one of our most important roles in creating the best experience for our customers. You will help, inspire, and guide our customers to make the best purchases – including through our popular subscription service Lifestyle, which has changed the industry.

In this role, there is also an opportunity to take on extended responsibility as a Lifestyle Manager, where you will be driving the store's subscription sales within Lifestyle. You will coach and inspire the team in sales, work actively to develop results, and ensure that we continue to deliver world-class customer experiences within our Lifestyle concept.

The best part? You get to do it together with an amazing team consisting of a Store Manager, Opticians, and other Style & Customer Advisors.

For us, it is not a requirement that you have experience in our industry, but if you have previously succeeded in sales and/or customer service, it is a big plus.
