As a Facility Maintenance Technician, your tasks will be highly varied and require a strong service orientation, flexibility, and initiative. Most tasks will be performed on-site at the university's premises on the Frescati and Albano campuses.
In this role, you will work on everything from routine inspections and supervision to quality follow-up of subcontractors. Simpler repair work, moves, and the assembly of furniture and equipment are included in the duties. You will handle case management, order receiving, fault reports, and orders, which requires good computer skills. You will have knowledgeable and engaged colleagues to assist you.
Other tasks outside the Technician Group's regular duties may also occur.
Examples of tasks:
- Regularly patrol the buildings.
- Fix minor faults and perform simpler repairs.
- Contact tenants and property owners.
- Handle orders and fault reports.

- Work in case management systems.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
- A high school education or equivalent.
- Experience in similar tasks within facility maintenance and upkeep.
- A valid B-driver's license.
- Broad experience in delivering various service tasks.
- High digital competence and knowledge of the Office package and Outlook.
- Good proficiency in both Swedish and English.
Experience working in case management systems and a forklift license are strongly meritorious.
As a person, you are outgoing, curious, and development-oriented, adapting easily to changed circumstances with a good ability to prioritize tasks. You are quality-conscious, accustomed to acting as a representative for service functions, and driven by always providing the best service. The job requires good teamwork skills and the ability to drive and execute your work independently. Flexibility and a proactive approach are essential for success in this role.
You are secure, stable, stress-resistant, and orderly. You plan and organize work efficiently and have good analytical skills to work both strategically and operationally. You view positively the rotation of tasks within the group's common service offerings and have an interest in technology. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
