About the role
OneMed is one of Sweden's leading suppliers of medical technology products and services to the healthcare sector. We are currently looking for a student Order Administrator to support operations during the summer. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for registering incoming customer orders received via email and entering them into the company's business system. The work requires attention to detail, structure, and good computer skills, as you will work daily with various systems and handle large amounts of information.
The position is full-time with working hours Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30, and runs through week 34. For the right candidate, there is also an opportunity for continued work during holidays and future busy periods.

Responsibilities
As an Order Administrator, you are responsible for ensuring that incoming orders are registered correctly and efficiently.
Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Receiving customer orders via email
- Registering and verifying order information in the business system
- Handling ongoing administrative tasks related to the order flow
- Collaborating with colleagues to maintain an efficient order process
We are looking for someone who
- Is actively studying at a university, college, or other post-secondary education
- Can work full-time from the beginning of June through week 34
- Has good computer skills and learns new systems easily
- Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, as it is used in daily work
Qualifications that are a plus:
- Previous experience in administration or order processing
- Experience working with business systems
- Experience from service or customer-oriented roles
