Myrorna's supply chain ensures that stores and the online shop are stocked with high-quality and fashionable items through the sorting and valuation of incoming donations. In this role, you will work operationally alongside your colleagues, handling incoming donations and ensuring that our sales channels are supplied with goods of high quality and sellability. You will sort, value, and price items, as well as prepare them for delivery. As an Operations Manager, you will also:

• Be responsible at an operational level for organizing the workflow within your area of responsibility in the best possible way and ensuring that the right measures are taken to achieve set KPIs/daily goals.
• Continuously take and propose corrective actions in case of deviations.
• Collaborate closely with other Operations Managers for a common goal.
• Be responsible for conducting introductions for new employees.

To thrive in this role, you naturally have an interest in the assortment and enjoy having operational responsibility for organizing the unit's workflow efficiently. You also ensure that the right measures are taken throughout the day to achieve set KPIs/daily goals and work hands-on in production areas where needed. Good digital skills and experience working with second-hand valuation are required. As a person, you are efficient, enjoy a fast-paced work environment, and have the ability to focus on the big picture based on set goals. You put the team before yourself and believe in people's ability to develop and collaborate. You need to be physically fit as the work occasionally involves lifting. You have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and with your positive attitude, there is no problem that cannot be solved. You are receptive, flexible, take initiative for improvements, and continuously work with preventive and corrective measures in case of deviations. You have a good command of the Swedish language as you will instruct persons doing work practice at the unit and be responsible for conducting introductions for new employees according to a set introduction plan.
