We are now looking for a business-minded and driven Group Manager for Operations & Energy in MO Värmland/Örebro

How will you help develop us in the future?
In the role of manager, you are responsible for leading and developing Riksbyggen's 12 employees in the operations and energy team, with the employees based out of offices in Karlstad and Örebro. You drive both the daily work for your group and actively contribute to the long-term development of our operations and energy management. An important focus in the role is to lead change work and implement new ways of working that strengthen quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The role also involves close collaboration with customers, other managers, and other functions within Riksbyggen. You are responsible for your group's staffing, work environment, and competence development, as well as ensuring delivery according to agreements, routines, and set goals. You report to the Delivery Manager.
The assignment includes:
- Main responsibility for the delivery of the company's energy services
- Responsibility for budget, forecasts, and results
- Support and guide local employees on energy-related issues
- Perform calculations and present economic calculations for different action proposals
- Lead, coach, and motivate the group so that you together achieve set result goals
- Resource planning and responsibility for employees' competence development
- Build good collaborations with subcontractors and external partners

Experiences and qualifications:
- Experience with computer-based control and monitoring systems and energy optimization of buildings
- Experience with budget and result responsibility
- Experience in project managing smaller energy projects
- Good understanding of property law, rental law, and general contract knowledge
- Knowledge of procurement and contract issues (e.g., AFF, AB, ABT, and ABK).
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
- Category B driver's license and access to a personal car
The position is a permanent full-time employment with placement in Karlstad or Örebro. Some parts of the work may take place in the evenings; this is compensated with otherwise flexible working hours. Riksbyggen applies a probationary period.
