Senior Project Manager with Commercial Responsibility

You are the person the customer trusts when projects are most business-critical. You build relationships, create business, and drive projects with the same natural engagement. You thrive in meetings with people, are confident in negotiations, and have the ability to get customers, suppliers, and project organizations to pull in the same direction. The client is now looking for a Senior Project Manager who wants to take overall responsibility – from calculation, quotation, and business dialogue to execution, inspection, and handover.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Project Manager, you will have a central role with responsibility for the project's economy, quality, schedule, customer relations, and commercial results.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive projects from the quotation stage to final delivery.
• Responsible for calculations, quotation work, budget, forecasts, and project profitability.
• Handle customer dialogues, negotiations, and commercial issues.
• Establish, review, and follow up on construction contracts and contractual terms.
• Work actively with construction legal issues according to AB 04, ABT 06, and AMA.
• Handle risks, change orders (ÄTA), and changes during the project.
• Coordinate design, procurement, logistics, and production.
• Ensure quality, working environment, economy, and delivery precision.
• Follow up on project results and report to management.
• Build long-term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Have several years of experience in project management within construction, steel, civil engineering, industry, or contracting.
• Have experience in calculation, quotation work, budget responsibility, and economic follow-up.
• Have a good understanding of Tekla.
• Have experience with construction law and good knowledge of AB 04, ABT 06, and AMA.
• Are accustomed to handling contracts, negotiations, change order processes, and commercial issues.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B).
