Supervisor for our warehouse in Broby

Do you want to lead daily operations in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, structure, and problem-solving are key? We are now looking for an engaged and driven Supervisor for our warehouse in Broby.

As a Supervisor, you are responsible for ensuring that daily operations run efficiently and smoothly by leading and coordinating work together with our Team Leaders. The role is both operational and administrative, where you ensure that goals are met, processes work, and that the team has the right conditions to perform at their best.

You will become a key person in the business, responsible for creating structure, driving improvements, and quickly handling challenges that arise in daily work, reporting to our Delivery Manager.

Your main responsibilities

• Coach and support our Team Leaders in their daily work.
• Distribute and balance resources between departments based on daily volumes and needs.
• Ensure that teams work towards common goals and priorities.
• Handle issues related to the WMS system, inventory balances, and personnel administration.
• Report deviations and contribute with solution proposals.
• Identify bottlenecks in the flow and implement effective solutions together with Team Leaders.
• Be responsible for working environment, safety, and order.
• Monitor KPIs such as orders per hour, picking errors, and productivity.
• Hold daily morning meetings and create clarity regarding daily goals and priorities.
• Ensure that operations run efficiently even at high tempo.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in leadership within warehousing, logistics, or production.
• Is solution-oriented and thrives in an operational environment with high tempo.
• Has good ability to prioritize, structure, and make quick decisions.
• Is communicative and confident in leading others.
• Has experience with WMS systems and warehouse processes.
• Has good computer skills and administrative ability.

This is a full-time position primarily located during weekdays daytime; weekend and evening work may occur during peak season. Immediate start and you need to be available for most of the summer.

The salary range for this role is between 38,000–44,000 SEK.
