Interim Sales Manager Grocery/E-commerce – Stora Coop Torsby

Scope: 35 hours/week

Stora Coop Torsby is now looking for an interim Sales Manager with a focus on Grocery/E-commerce who wants to help develop both the department and the team.

About the role

As Sales Manager for Grocery/E-commerce, you have clear responsibility for the department's daily operations and development. You work closely with the Sales Manager and skilled colleagues, ensuring an attractive assortment, good profitability, and an inspiring customer experience.

Your main areas of responsibility:

• Lead and distribute daily work within the department
• Ensure product flow, replenishment, date checks, and product display
• Actively work with sales, shrinkage, campaigns, and key figures
• Contribute to good collaboration in the store and a positive work climate

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have experience from the grocery trade and thrive in a pleasant environment in an operational role. You are structured, solution-oriented, and have a genuine commitment to food, people, and business.

• Have previous experience from a store or department
• Have a good understanding of merchandise handling, sales, and work routines
• Be confident in leading others in daily work
