Trygghetslarmet is an important part of home care, where no day is like the other. Our mission is to safely and promptly help people when alarms come in via the Trygghetsjouren (Safety Service).

The pace varies during a shift – from calmer moments to situations requiring quick decisions and secure actions. Common tasks may include helping someone who has fallen, providing support during transfers, or assisting with personal care. You also meet people with various medical conditions, where your presence and competence make a real difference. You are expected to collaborate with both external and internal partners.

At Trygghetslarmet Västra Hisingen, you become part of a stable and secure work group, where colleagues with long experience support each other and share their knowledge. Here you get both security in everyday life and the opportunity to develop in your role. You always work in pairs, and working hours are day, evening, and every other weekend.

When you work, you are in the care recipient's home. Therefore, you must always respect everyone's privacy. We work with a salutogenic approach, meaning we focus on what strengthens security, health, and quality of life. The job includes documentation according to current legislation. About you

We are looking for you who:

• Are a trained nursing assistant, can show the National Board of Health and Welfare's certificate of protected occupational title, or alternatively can show that you were employed as a nursing assistant when the new rules were introduced
• Have a category B driver's license and driving experience
• Since we document and communicate in Swedish, you need to be able to speak and write Swedish
• Have work experience within home care or equivalent work

You are friendly and helpful to other people even in challenging situations. You understand what those we serve need and ensure they are satisfied.

In the job, you take responsibility for your and the group's tasks. You are also keen on finishing what you have started and ensure that the work is done correctly. You can balance the demands placed on you and can make well-founded decisions despite time pressure. The tasks vary, so it is important that you are flexible and can change how you work when things change.
