About the role

As Service Marketing Manager, you have overall responsibility for the daily operations and development of the workshop. You lead a team consisting of mechanics, customer receptionists, and spare parts staff, working both operationally and strategically.

You are close to the operations – participating in customer reception while driving development, structure, and results. The role entails significant personal responsibility and excellent opportunities to influence the future of the facility.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead and distribute work within the team
• Personnel responsibility and employee development
• Ensure good working environment and safety
• Active work with customer contact and reception
• Follow-up on budget, results, and key figures
• Invoicing and administrative tasks
• Drive development towards a modern Allbil workshop
• Ensure high quality and customer satisfaction

We are looking for someone who

• Is a confident and clear leader
• Thrives in a technical and operational role close to both the team and customers
• Has the ability to create structure and drive improvement work
• Is unpretentious, flexible, and coaching in your leadership style
• Has a business drive and focus on results

We would appreciate if you have:

• Experience from the automotive industry, preferably within Allbil
• Basic automotive technical understanding
• Previous leadership experience
• Good system proficiency
• Very good Swedish and good English
• Category B driver's license
