About the Company

Trivselhus is one of Sweden's largest house manufacturers, delivering approximately 200 homes in 2025 in the form of villas and group-built small houses. The company has approximately 80 employees and is part of the group Svensk Husproduktion AB.

Trivselhus has nearly 30 sales offices in Sweden. Export is handled through partners and is currently under development.

Trivselhus also sells and manufactures villas under the sister brand Movehome, which combines innovation with solid experience and purchase security. The key feature is "Build Online," which allows everyone to design their home on the web to receive an instant price.

We are now looking for an Industrial Electrician with a focus on automation for our factory in Landsbro.

Your Responsibilities

As an industrial electrician here, you plan your own work and ensure that our machines and facilities are always reliable and stable. You maintain contact with suppliers, drive technical issues forward, and program the machines. This is a broad and developing role for you who enjoy taking responsibility, working independently, and taking initiative.

Examples of common tasks:

• Plan and carry out preventive electrical maintenance, and mechanical maintenance together with mechanics if needed.
• Troubleshoot and rectify operational disruptions.
• Plan service and develop improvement measures for machines and equipment.
• Coordinate and follow up on work with suppliers.
• Contribute to the development and efficiency of our automated processes.
• Perform installation work.
• Drive future projects.

Your Background and Qualities

This is a role for you who has a few years of experience working as an industrial electrician and has knowledge of automation and PLC programming. You have an interest in both automation and installation work and enjoy switching between practical tasks in production and more technical challenges within control systems and machine programming.

You like to plan your day, take responsibility for your assignments, and find solutions – both independently and together with colleagues. You are engaged, structured, and confident in making decisions that keep the facility stable, safe, and developmental.
