Elitfönster is now looking for a wood industry worker for our final assembly of casement windows, where you will become a central part of our production flow. You will contribute to an efficient, stable, and quality-driven operation and get to work in a modern factory with a market-leading product. Working hours are currently set for continuous morning shifts, but a two-shift system may become relevant. The employment is fixed-term, but there is an opportunity for extension or permanent employment.

YOUR PROFILE

To thrive and succeed in the role, we would like you to have:

  • Secondary education, preferably with an industrial or industrial technology focus
  • Experience working in the wood industry or similar production, preferably related to assembly, wood processing, CNC, planing, or surface treatment
  • Ability to read and work according to drawings and instructions
  • Basic computer skills for simple registration and system handling
  • Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an assembler in final assembly, you will work together with your team on an assembly line where we manufacture windows and window doors. The tasks are varied and include among other things:

  • Assembly of frames and sashes
  • Glassing of window sashes
  • Assembly of aluminum details and various accessories
  • Quality control of finished products
  • Packing and palletizing of windows for delivery
  • Team collaboration to ensure an efficient and high-quality production flow

The work suits you if you enjoy a practical role, like working with others, and have a sense of precision and quality.

You have experience from the wood industry or similar production and have a clear focus on quality in what you do. You are meticulous, work in a structured manner, and take responsibility for ensuring the work is done correctly – even when the pace is fast.

In your work, you are self-reliant and take initiative when something needs to be solved, while also being a team player who contributes to the group and production functioning as a whole. You enjoy working in teams, are helpful to colleagues, and have a good sense of service towards other departments.

You are flexible and adaptable in a daily life where conditions may change, and you have the ability to maintain focus and structure even in more stressful situations.
