Job Responsibilities
We are currently looking for several bus drivers for our school and charter traffic in Malmö.

You will start your career with Bergkvarabuss on our fixed assignments, which may vary from driving to places where you need to be able to turn around on a dime. You may also drive replacement or evacuation traffic, which can be time-limited.
In school transport, you are the safe and secure driver who ensures that both children and their parents can trust that the journey to and from school is handled in the best possible way.
Once you are settled in, you can mix in charter trips occasionally. We strive to create balance in the different driving assignments so that you have a good work environment. In charter traffic, you meet a variety of groups who are often on their way to an exciting excursion. These assignments are highly varied, and no two trips are alike. There are different destinations and tasks, but also different groups of people.
Qualifications
To succeed as a bus driver with us, you have:
- Formal training in bus driving (Category D license and YKB certificate)
- Experience driving buses within the last 5 years
- Good ability to understand and express yourself in Swedish, especially orally
Experience in school or charter traffic is considered an advantage.
As a person, you are service-oriented, accommodating, and solve emerging problems in a smooth and constructive manner. You enjoy meeting new people, young and old, and adapt to the situation and the person in your way of expressing yourself and relating to them.
Naturally, you are a safe driver with good judgment, as critical situations may arise where you can quickly adjust to new conditions and changed circumstances. At your core, you are a calm, secure, and stable person who treats others with respect and professionalism. You make others feel welcome, well-cared for, and safe.
Following rules and routines, being meticulous, and striving to develop and improve both your own competence and contribute to the overall quality and results of the operation are crucial.
