Team Member – Internal Logistics & Waste Management

Do you want to help build an entirely new team in a workplace where no two days are alike? We are now looking for an engaged and driven team member for our new internal logistics team!

In this role, you will work closely with the Team Lead and play a key part in ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently every day. The work is varied and combines internal logistics, waste management, transport, and practical tasks within the facility.

About the Role

As a team member in internal logistics, you will be responsible, together with the team, for keeping the facility's flows running. You will work practically with waste handling, transport, and internal logistics while contributing to order, safety, and structure in the daily work.

The role involves both independent responsibility and close collaboration with colleagues, the Team Lead, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things:

• Handle and sort waste, ensuring materials are transported and handled correctly
• Work with internal logistics to ensure the facility's flows operate without interruption
• Assist with the pickup and delivery of goods and materials
• Drive transport to and from external warehouses and local customers
• Participate in loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment
• Be involved in internal moves, renovations, and operational changes
• Ensure tidiness and order in work areas and storage
• Work according to current safety routines and contribute to improvement work

We are looking for someone who

• Has a valid B-class driver's license (required)
• Is hands-on and enjoys physical work
• Is responsible, solution-oriented, and self-motivated
• Has good teamwork skills and thrives with varied tasks
• Is structured and enjoys creating order and tidiness
• Has a safety mindset and works meticulously

The following qualifications are a plus:

• Forklift license
• Experience with warehousing, internal logistics, or waste management
• Experience driving forklifts or working with transport
