Toyota Sweden is now looking for a Technical Specialist for their technical support function, a key role in ensuring the highest technical quality and support for their authorized dealer network.

About the role

As a Technical Specialist, you work with technical support for Toyota and Lexus in Sweden. You are a vital link between the dealers, the general agent, and the manufacturer, contributing to ensuring efficient technical solutions and a high level of service.

You work primarily through Toyota's case management system, where you analyze, troubleshoot, and follow up on technical cases in close dialogue with dealers and internal functions.

You are part of the Swedish technical support function and collaborate simultaneously with colleagues within the Nordic organization, where knowledge sharing and collaboration are a natural part of the work.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Support and coach Toyota and Lexus dealers in technical issues
• Analyze and follow up on technical cases via the case management system
• Support the warranty department in technical assessments
• Collaborate with the spare parts and accessories department, product managers, and other internal functions
• Communicate with the manufacturer and Nordic colleagues on technical matters
• Contribute to the continuous development of the support function's quality and efficiency

The position is located at Toyota Sweden's office in Stockholm. Hybrid work applies according to agreement.

Who you are

We are looking for you with a strong automotive technical background and experience from, for example, an authorized workshop, technical support, or a similar role within the automotive industry.

You likely have experience as, for example:

• Diagnostic technician
• Workshop foreman
• Technical support at a general agent
• Technical specialist or coach

We would like you to have:

• Automotive technical education or equivalent experience
• Experience in troubleshooting and diagnostic systems
• Experience from an authorized workshop or dealer
• Good IT skills and ability to work in technical systems
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Category B driver's license

Experience with Toyota, Lexus, or Stellantis products is meritorious but not a requirement.
