About the role

MEDS is one of Sweden's leading online pharmacies and is now moving its warehouse operations to a brand-new facility in Eskilstuna. As a Machine Technician, you are a key figure in production – ensuring that packaging machines, carton erectors, sorting belts, and other machinery operate optimally around the clock.

This is a role for someone who is technically curious, solution-oriented, and enjoys taking responsibility for smooth, uninterrupted operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure the operation of packaging machines, carton erectors, sorting belts, and other equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently
• Perform ongoing maintenance and preventive servicing
• Handle deviations and report faults
• Contribute to a safe and well-organized production environment

Conditions

• Employment type: Staffing via Simplex
• Location: Sättargatan 1, Eskilstuna
• Working hours: Shift work – days and evenings, Monday–Sunday
• Salary: According to GFL and collective agreement
• Start: Week 32–35

We are looking for someone who

• Has a technical interest and understanding of machinery and equipment
• Is solution-oriented and acts quickly when things go wrong
• Is meticulous, responsible, and self-motivated
• Thrives in a high-paced production environment
• Is flexible and able to work shifts, including weekends

Merits

• Experience with machine maintenance or similar technical roles
• Experience from warehousing, production, or industry
• Electrical or mechanical skills
