Operators needed for industrial operations in Osby!

We are looking for you who want to work in a modern production environment where quality, precision, and collaboration are at the forefront. This role is suitable for you if you have a technical interest, experience from the industry, and enjoy practical and varied work.

The duties may include, among other things:

• Machine monitoring and basic machine settings
• Reading drawings and working according to technical documentation
• Quality control and post-processing
• Material handling and forklift operation
• Ongoing work in production and manufacturing
• Troubleshooting and reporting deviations

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience from industry or manufacturing operations
• Can read and understand technical drawings
• Have knowledge of metrology and quality work
• Are precise, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Enjoy both independent work and teamwork
• Fluently speak and write Swedish

It is an advantage if you have a forklift license, crane license, or previous experience with CNC, welding, or industrial machines, but the most important thing is the right attitude and the desire to develop.
