Assignment Description

We within the group Travel Sensor Systems have overall responsibility for the new development and system administration of systems used to monitor our borders with the aim of preventing and combating serious crime and terrorist activities. Here, you will work in an exciting business area where you contribute to a better society. You will work together with engaged colleagues in an agile environment that promotes learning and development. We work closely with the business operations, and you will have many contact points within both IT and the business operations.

In your role as Assignment Manager, you will, together with the development team, drive the development of capabilities in the products owned by the team. You will lead the team by setting long-term and short-term goals, following up on deliveries, and working to be able to quickly change direction if priorities change. The capabilities we deliver will be developed over time, and your responsibility is to lead this work together with, among others, requirements analysts, technical product specialists, and representatives from the business operations.

Requirements / Qualification Criteria

Qualification Requirements (Must-haves):

• University education in a relevant field or equivalent acquired experience deemed relevant by the employer
• At least 4 years of current experience in project management, or other experience deemed relevant by the employer, e.g., Product Owner or Assignment Manager.
• At least 4 years of experience leading, coordinating, and structuring development within IT and software development
• At least 4 years of work experience leading development work in a complex environment with many different stakeholders
• At least 4 years of work experience with agile methodology in development teams
• Good skills in expressing yourself in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
• Swedish citizenship

Desirable Competence (Nice-to-haves):

• Experience from systems with high security and performance requirements
• Experience of system integration
• Worked as a web or systems developer

Start Date: As soon as security clearance has been conducted and approved.

End Date: 2026-05-28 - with possible extension.
