The Security Force Unit is part of the Training Unit. The Security Force Unit contributes to meeting the Swedish Armed Forces' need for trained personnel within security force service. The unit trains future professional officers specializing in security forces, personnel within protection and guard service, and personnel within dog service. The unit is in an expanding phase and we are now looking for a skilled Logistics Officer.

Main Duties

The position of Logistics Officer largely involves, together with the unit's adjutant, creating conditions for maintenance, supply, and availability of the unit's various systems and equipment. You support with orders, bookings, repairs, and when needs arise, you are quick to train and mentor our future professional officers in the various parts of logistics. Leading maintenance, inventory, and needs assessment of equipment is a natural part of the role. Since the position is new, there are good opportunities to put your own stamp on it.

Qualifications

• Specialist Officer Degree
• Category B Driver's License

Meritorious

• Heavier driver's license categories and work permits
• Knowledge of Swedish Armed Forces equipment processes and maintenance systems
• Logistics education
