On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for a Sub-project Manager for Technical Documentation for a long-term consultancy assignment in Stockholm.

The assignment is full-time, starting immediately, and initially lasts for 12 months, with the possibility of extension (1+1 years).

About the Assignment

In the role of Sub-project Manager, you will work at a strategic level with overall responsibility for facility technical documentation within our client's investment projects.

You will act as a central link between the project organization and the facility management organization, responsible for ensuring that all documentation requirements are met according to current processes and standards.

The role involves leading, driving, and setting requirements for documentation deliveries in complex technical project environments.

Responsibilities

As a Sub-project Manager, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Technical Documentation & Planning

• Develop documentation plans and requirement specifications
• Plan and monitor documentation deliveries (time, resources, budget)

Project Management & Monitoring

• Lead and manage documentation work in accordance with the project plan
• Ensure that documentation requirements are followed
• Monitor deliveries from suppliers and contractors

Coordination & Collaboration

• Serve as the contact point between the project and facility management organizations
• Support colleagues with documentation matters
• Ensure that correct templates, routines, and standards are used

Systems & Deliverables

• Responsible for delivering documentation to systems such as IFS
• Ensure documentation is delivered according to ATB and internal requirements
• Drive the review process for documentation deliveries

Requirements (Mandatory)

• Technical university education
• Experience with technical documentation within facilities or infrastructure
• Experience in similar roles (e.g., documentation responsible, sub-project manager)
• Good knowledge of drawings and technical information systems
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

Meritorious Qualifications

• Extensive experience in technical documentation in large facility projects
