We are currently looking for Service Technicians to join Garantell in Värnamo!

Your day-to-day at Garantell

In the role of Service Technician, you and your colleagues work with all routine maintenance of our machines. You will have great opportunities and challenges to get involved in troubleshooting and continuously maintaining various types of machinery.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Maintenance of machinery
• Maintaining availability in our production
• Performing troubleshooting and minor repairs on our production equipment
• Preventing issues and improving work processes together with your team
• Documentation according to current requirements and regulations
• Training colleagues in basic operator maintenance
• Efficiency improvements and deviation reporting

Your profile

To succeed in this role, we see that you have a workshop technical education or equivalent competence gained through education and/or work experience. Additional qualifications in pneumatics and hydraulics, as well as safety training such as scissor lift, safe lifting, and hot work, are meritorious. As a person, you are meticulous and structured with a strong sense of quality. You are confident in making decisions independently. Since your contacts span the entire production, you need to have a communicative and pedagogical approach, and you are a social person who thrives in collaboration.
