We are looking for both Project Managers and Project Engineers for project support to a public actor responsible for traffic and urban environment.

This is a consulting assignment with a stationing location in Stockholm.

The scope of the assignments varies between 25–100% of full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

Project Manager

The role involves being responsible for and driving reinvestment projects within buildings and infrastructure, with a focus on waterproofing layer replacements and associated repairs. The assignment includes responsibility for the planning, implementation, and follow-up of projects to ensure delivery within time, cost, and content.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for operational project management including economic and follow-up responsibility

• Create project plans and propose resource allocation for projects

• Staff projects with consultants, designers, and contractors together with support resources

• Report to responsible unit managers and other responsible roles

• Work with administrative project management in Agresso, Hypergene, BatMan, TOJ, etc.

• Handle data in AVIMA according to a defined project template

• Apply technical handbook and project handbook in projects

• Organize projects through call-offs from framework agreements

• Drive reinvestment projects such as waterproofing layer replacements and repairs of buildings

• Participate in planning, detailing, and kick-off meetings for assignments

Project Engineer

The role involves supporting project management with administrative and coordinating tasks within reinvestment projects for buildings and infrastructure, with the goal of ensuring delivery within time, cost, and content.

Responsibilities:

• Support the project manager with administrative project tasks

• Work with administrative project management in Agresso, Hypergene, BatMan, TOJ, etc.

• Handle data in AVIMA according to a defined project template

• Apply technical handbook and project handbook in projects

• Review invoice documents and diaries

• Handle meeting administration and meeting bookings

• Prepare purchases and call-offs

• Participate in planning, detailing, and kick-off meetings for assignments

Requirements (OBS, mandatory)

Project Manager

Degree from a post-secondary technical university education or alternatively a post-secondary technical university college education that is relevant for this assignment.

Current and multi-year (2-3 years) experience as a project manager from buildings within infrastructure projects with documented overall responsibility for delivery regarding economy, time, and content/resource allocation in all phases of the project from start to finish.

Experience as a project manager within a politically governed organization.

Good ability to guide and accustomed to collaborating with different roles within a politically governed organization as well as with external stakeholders.

Good knowledge of the industry regulations AMA, MER, AB/ABT, and ABK.

Experience of call-offs and procurement within LOU.

Project Engineer

YH education within construction/infrastructure or education that the client considers equivalent and considered relevant to this assignment.

Meritorious

Project Manager

Experience of designing buildings.

Experience of working with the Swedish Transport Administration's infrastructure regulations.

Has completed a project involving buildings on a road with at least 10,000 ADT.
