JVAB is currently looking for an estimator for our operations in Kungens Kurva!

As an estimator at JVAB, you will participate in the procurement process by preparing competitive tender documents. You will calculate costs for projects and be responsible for tender and quotation work for various groundworks and civil engineering projects. Your tasks will include analyzing request for proposal (RFP) documents, cost data, and quantity take-offs.

To succeed in this role, you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in estimating for groundworks and civil engineering projects
• Experience participating in the procurement process by preparing competitive tender documents
• Knowledge of market prices and market trends
• Experience being responsible for estimates regarding quantity take-offs, pricing, and overhead calculations
• Experience being responsible for capacity planning
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Fluent in Swedish (both spoken and written)
