Service Technician - White Goods

As our workload increases, we are immediately seeking an experienced service technician to strengthen our team.

As a service technician, you will primarily work with the service and maintenance of white goods. You are the representative of Söderkyl on-site at the customer's location.

Your ability to provide good service and solve problems is crucial to your success in this role.

• Have a technical educational background.
• Have practical experience in technical work, preferably with electricity.
• Possess good communication skills and can express yourself well in both Swedish and English.

As a service technician at Söderkyl, you work with service and maintenance.

To work as a technician with us, we consider it a good prerequisite that you like technology and are a creative problem solver.

In the role of technician at Söderkyl, your responsibilities also include:

• Troubleshooting using electrical diagrams as help, carrying out various tasks based on descriptions and/or instructions.
• Maintain good and ongoing communication with other service technicians, supervisors, and our customers.
• Plan service assignments together with the supervisor.
• Order spare parts from designated suppliers.
• Upselling by identifying opportunities and suggesting improvement measures during your customer assignments.

Your Competence

• Upper secondary education in electricity or equivalent knowledge.
• Experience working independently with daily customer contact.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

• As a person, you are service-oriented and a creative problem solver.
• You are a strong team player who contributes to creating a good atmosphere among both employees and customers.
• You are outgoing and enjoy meeting both recurring and new people.
• You easily understand and execute assignments based on both oral and written instructions.
