The Role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager who takes independent responsibility for their own projects – from the early stages of design to handover to the customer. You will be part of a team of project managers and report directly to the CEO. This is a permanent full-time position.

Our office is located near the Bergiana Botanical Garden, north of central Stockholm. We carry out projects in Stockholm and within a radius of approximately 100 miles (160 km), with assignments on both the north and south sides of the city.

Responsibilities

• Drive and lead construction projects independently from start to finish
• Budget responsibility for respective projects
• Coordinate and lead subcontractors and craftsmen
• Review design documents, architectural drawings, and specifications
• Ensure quality according to our processes and current regulations
• Customer contact and communication with clients
• Procure subcontractors and materials in collaboration with the purchasing department

We are looking for someone who

• Has more than 5 years of experience in independent project management within the construction sector
• Is accustomed to having budget responsibility and understands economic control in projects
• Has experience coordinating and leading subcontractors
• Can review and understand design drawings and technical descriptions
• Is structured, communicative, and takes ownership
• Has a valid B-driver's license (required)
• Experience in traditional or heritage construction is a plus
