St1 is now looking for an Operations Technician for the Gothenburg depot, responsible for ensuring safe and efficient operations. The Gothenburg depot is St1's largest depot and plays a central role in delivering fuels such as diesel and petrol to customers across Sweden. The depot also supplies other depots with product.

As an Operations Technician, you will work with receiving and preparing outgoing deliveries of petroleum products. You are also responsible for ongoing maintenance of the facility, as well as creating and updating instructions, checklists, and other documentation. Safety work is a key part of your daily routine, including risk analyses and safety patrols. You will become part of a tight-knit team of knowledgeable and engaged colleagues, contributing together to a safe, efficient, and well-functioning depot.

Scope: Full-time, daytime Monday-Friday, with on-call duties in the future
Employment type: This is initially a consultancy assignment. For the right person, there is an opportunity to transition to our partner company, provided everything goes well.

Your profile

Requirements:

• Swedish language skills (written and spoken)
• Category B driver's license and access to a car
• Completed upper secondary education
• Technical background (preferably within the process industry)

Merits:

• Experience working with fuels, chemical products, or the process industry

To be considered for the Operations Technician role, you must be responsible and enjoy working with varied tasks. You are solution-oriented. The work requires a strong focus on safety and quality awareness. This role also requires that you are not registered in the Swedish Criminal Records Register (belastningsregistret) as you will be working in a secured area. Therefore, a background check, as well as alcohol and drug testing, will be conducted.
