Responsibilities

• Perform sheet metal work and body repairs on passenger cars according to manufacturer instructions
• Assess damage, propose suitable measures, and document work in the workshop's system
• Collaborate with the paint shop, customer reception, and damage assessment teams to ensure smooth repair processes
• Use and maintain tools and equipment safely and correctly
• Ensure that quality, safety, and occupational health requirements are met at every stage
• Participate in improvement work regarding processes, working methods, and digital documentation

Qualifications and Who We Are Looking For

• Experience as a vehicle damage repair technician or panel beater in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of body and sheet metal repairs, as well as welding and shaping work
• Advantageous: Experience with BMW or working according to BMW repair instructions
• Good ability to read and follow technical instructions and repair manuals
• Meticulous, quality-conscious, and accustomed to working systematically to achieve good results
• Ability to collaborate in a team while also working independently
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing; English is an advantage
• Class B driver's license is an advantage
