We are now looking for a Team Leader for a temporary assignment with a planned start in week 34. The assignment is time-limited, but if you are the right person, there may be an opportunity for continued employment within the company. As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and have a strong focus on safety. You will be employed by Sodexo, but the work will be performed at and for the client. The locations of the workplaces vary, and there are no general public transport connections, so to be considered for the position, you must have a driver's license and access to your own car.

Your role as Team Leader involves, in addition to regular operations, responsibility for replacement planning, customer contact, and reporting to your nearest manager. You are the one who ensures that work at the units runs smoothly. It is of utmost importance that you are meticulous, have a strong focus on safety, and are flexible. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English and find it easy to absorb oral information in both languages.

The assignment is planned to start in week 34, but employment may take place before the assignment start for you as the Team Leader. The mandatory training is planned to be conducted sometime during weeks 32–33. The training must be approved to be considered for the assignment.

Requirements:

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
• B driver's license and access to a car
• Meticulous and punctual
• Solution-focused

• Working hours: Weekdays during daytime
• Location: Gävle, Sandviken, Valbo
• Salary: According to collective agreement

The nature of the work does not allow for any form of introduction other than what you receive orally. Therefore, it places high demands on your ability to absorb oral information. At the workplace, it is important that you understand English as communication and instructions are partly conducted in English.
