About the role

As a Team Leader here, you will have a varied and important role where you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and supporting our four teams in their daily work. You ensure that schedules run smoothly, help out where needed, and act as the link between staff, customers, and management.

The role is both administrative and practical. At least 50% of your working time will be spent in the field together with one of our teams, where you participate in the cleaning yourself and lead by being present in the operations.

You will have close contact with both employees and customers, meaning you need to thrive in a social role where communication and service are natural parts of everyday life.

Your responsibilities

• Scheduling and planning for our four teams
• Daily team leadership and operational support
• At least 50% practical cleaning work at customer sites
• Ensuring quality and efficient work routines
• Contact with customers and follow-up of assignments
• Support, motivate, and develop personnel
• Solve urgent situations and find smart solutions
• Contribute to a positive work environment and strong team spirit

• Have experience in cleaning/facility maintenance
• Are confident in leading and communicating with people

• Can handle a fast pace and stressful situations
• Are structured and like order and tidiness
• Have positive energy and contribute to a good atmosphere
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B) (meritorious/required if requested)
