Who are you?

We are now looking for you who have at least ten (10) years of experience in project management for infrastructure projects in the construction phase. To thrive in this role, it is essential that you are self-motivated and able to quickly get up to speed with new projects. Your character is characterized by being solution-oriented, result-driven, driven, structured, and stress-resistant. Furthermore, you work with great commitment and are equally comfortable working in a group as you are working independently.

We are looking for you who:

• Have a university or college education of at least 180 hp with a focus on building technology within civil engineering, or other relevant education.
• Have experience in civil engineering and/or infrastructure.
• Have at least five (5) years of experience supporting a client organization with contract and business issues in several different construction contracts.
• Have supported at least two contracts where the contract sum was greater than 1,500 MSEK.
• Have experience with at least one contract that had the payment form of running account and had periods with turnover exceeding 100 MSEK/month.
• Have good ability to write written reports and conduct oral presentations in internal and external contexts.
• Have good knowledge of relevant standard agreements (AB, ABT, ABK) as well as AMA.
• Have a Category B driver's license (this is a requirement).

Other merits include:

• Experience from at least one situation where the client organization terminated the contract with the contractor and quickly needed to draw up a plan for alternative completion of the work.
• Experience from at least one formal (general court or arbitration) dispute regarding contracts in total contracting.
