GrebbestadFjorden is located in the heart of Bohuslän, just a short walk from the popular Grebbestad pier, cliffs, and saltwater bathing areas. We are now looking for a proactive and engaged Housekeeping and Breakfast Manager who, like us, is driven by satisfied guests. This is a full-time position suitable for you who thrive in an operational leadership role where service, quality, responsibility, and teamwork are in focus.

About the Role

As the Housekeeping and Breakfast Manager, you are responsible for quality, personnel, and daily operations. You work operationally alongside your staff, handling both cleaning and breakfast service, as we believe this is how our guests get a truly great experience – from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities

• Personnel management within housekeeping and breakfast for both permanent and seasonal staff.
• Quality assurance of arrival rooms and service buildings.
• Operational work cleaning rooms, common areas, cottages, and service buildings.
• Deep cleaning during periods of lower occupancy.
• Breakfast and conference management, including planning and execution during pre- and post-season.
• Ensuring routines, workflows, and high service levels.
• General administrative tasks such as ordering supplies and schedule planning.
• Flexibility and taking responsibility where needed in daily operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a responsible role.
• At least 3 years of experience in hotel cleaning or equivalent.
• Excellent teamwork skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Very good Swedish skills in both spoken and written form.
