We are looking for someone who wants to join our team at the new FREDMANS store at Arlanda Airport.

About the role:

Hours: Part-time, 50–80%, including holidays.

Working hours: 06:00–20:00 according to schedule. Shifts of 4–8 hours per day.

Note: From November 1, 2026, working hours may change to 05:00–21:00.

Employment type: Permanent position with a 6-month probation period.

Start date: June 2026

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcome and provide personal and professional service to every customer.
  • Inspire, advise, and present our products with passion and expertise.
  • Help customers find the right product or gift based on their needs.
  • Contribute to creating a welcoming and inspiring shopping environment that reflects Fredman’s identity and high quality standards.
  • Meet internal sales and service goals, KPIs, and store policies.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in customer service and sales within specialized retail.
  • Is service-oriented and can handle various situations that may arise in a store.
  • Has a strong interest and understanding of high-quality products.
  • Is flexible and thrives in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Is communicative, social, and has a natural flair for service.
  • Is organized and responsible.
  • Is driven, ambitious, and motivated by good sales results.
  • Has excellent command of both Swedish and English, in speaking and writing.

The employment will involve a security clearance check with relevant authorities.
