Traffic Administrator

We are currently looking for several Traffic Administrators for our client within the transport and logistics sector. About the role

As a Traffic Administrator, you are responsible for the administration and coordination of transports. You work with registering bookings and handling transport-related documentation, while ensuring that information to customers and terminals is communicated correctly and in a timely manner.

The work includes, among other things, handling import and export documents, notifications to customers and agents, follow-up on deviations and delays, as well as administrative follow-up related to transports. You will have ongoing contact with both Swedish and international terminals and serve as an important support to the traffic department in their daily work. Furthermore, the role involves working with customs administration, e-archiving, credit checks, handling discharge and loading lists, and generating transport documents such as IOD and POD.

Experience and qualifications

• Experience in administration, logistics, or transport
• Detail-oriented, structured, and solution-oriented
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple contact points
• Good computer literacy/system proficiency
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
