About the Role

• Scope: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor assigned production machines and lines.

• Change over machines, rig tools, and follow production documentation.

• Perform quality controls and documentation according to current routines.

• Carry out preventive maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and report deviations.

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and safe production.

• Follow occupational health, safety, and quality regulations.

About You

You are comfortable in a production environment, detail-oriented, and have a positive attitude towards collaboration. You thrive with routines but can also take initiative to solve problems and contribute to improvement work. Responsibility and good communication skills are essential.

Formal Qualifications

• Experience from industrial production or work as an operator.

• Basic technical understanding and experience with machine operation.

• Familiarity with safety routines in production.

• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Merits

• Vocational education in industry or equivalent.

• Experience with CNC, PLC-controlled machines, or automated lines.

• Forklift license or other relevant certificates.

• Experience in improvement work and LEAN principles.
