ABOUT THE ROLE
We are now looking for an engaged and driven Process Operator (Day Shift) for our operations in Nöbbelöv. As a Process Operator, you will work with the control, monitoring, and optimization of the production process. The work takes place both on-site in the facility and from the control room using our process data systems. The role also includes laboratory work in the form of sampling and operational analysis, as well as recording inventory balances.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct rounds according to established protocols (process parameters and equipment)
- Monitor and control various process steps
- Complete facility tasks, primarily for parts not run on a daily basis
- Ensure process equipment operates efficiently and resource-effectively
- Perform sampling and analyses
- Reporting on inventory balances
- Actively engage in improvement work and problem-solving
- Represent the team in project groups
- Responsible for implementing and following up on 5S within the assigned area
- Plan and conduct competence development in consultation with your direct manager
The position involves acting as a substitute for shift personnel (5-shift system) when needed. This requires flexibility regarding working hours.
ABOUT YOU
Qualifications:
- Experience working in process industry, preferably in highly automated processes (meritorious)
- Valid driver's license category B (required)
- Forklift license (meritorious)
