Project Manager in Roofing

As a Project Manager in Roofing, you are responsible for driving and developing your own projects within roofing contracting. The projects vary in size and include, among other things, waterproofing, sheet metal work, and insulation. The primary work area will be in the Stockholm region.

Your main responsibilities:

• Be responsible for and drive your own projects according to set goals, routines, and schedules
• Identify new business opportunities and work with tenders, follow-ups, and cost understanding
• Maintain ongoing contact and meetings with clients, construction companies, and private property owners
• Ensure quality, economy, and progress in ongoing projects
• Report project status and results to management

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• Experience in project management within the construction industry
• Good business acumen and experience in customer and supplier contacts
• Ability to work systematically and handle multiple projects in parallel
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
