We are in a continued phase of expansion and are now looking for an estimator for our headquarters in Stockholm. We are among the leading players in civil engineering and construction, maintenance, and detailed planning of outdoor environments in Stockholm.

About the role

As an estimator, you support the project group and production with, for example, calculations, tenders, and planning.

Specific responsibilities:

• Perform administrative work.
• Prepare tender calculations and prepare tender documents.
• Prepare side tenders and alternative calculations.
• Prepare and finalize contract documents.
• Prepare basis for proposals and suggest schedules.
• Conduct request for quotations (RFQ).
• Evaluate quotations.
• Responsible for system management.

Qualifications

• At least post-secondary educational background in building technology (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of contract law.
• Experience with tendering.
• Scheduling.
• Contract management.
• Purchasing.
• Several years of experience working as an estimator in civil engineering.
• Desirable previous experience from the civil engineering industry.
• Desirable good knowledge of Bluebeam, Map, and Excel.
• You should have knowledge of construction calculation programs.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

We would also appreciate if you have experience with larger business systems and scheduling programs.

• You should be good at structuring and organizing your work and have the ability to work with good foresight.
