Do you want to take a key role in the delivery of socially important digital services? We are now looking for an experienced and business-driven Delivery Lead who wants to combine leadership, customer responsibility, and operational management in a role where quality, collaboration, and customer satisfaction are at the center.

Here you will have the opportunity to work closely with two major operations within the public sector and help drive deliveries that make a real difference.

As a Delivery Lead, you have overall responsibility for delivery, customer dialogue, and team leadership within a larger and complex customer contract. You ensure that deliveries are carried out according to agreement with a focus on quality, efficiency, profitability, and long-term customer relationships.

You will become a central part of an engaged team where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous development are a natural part of everyday life. The role involves close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders as well as reporting to the responsible Customer Executive.

• Lead and manage delivery within major customer projects

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and that agreed commitments are met

• Drive operational excellence and develop delivery processes

• Follow up and report status, KPIs, and delivery outcomes

• Responsible for forecasting, analysis, reporting, and invoicing

• Identify new needs and business opportunities with the customer

• Build strong relationships and create long-term trust

• Lead, coach, and develop the team in the delivery

• Participate in the management group and contribute to strategic decisions

• Drive change work and improvement initiatives

• Have several years of experience in a similar leading delivery role

• Are confident in leading teams and complex customer deliveries

• Have strong business understanding and experience in customer responsibility

• Are analytical and solution-oriented with a structured approach

• Have experience in reporting, follow-up, and financial management

• Are communicative and have an easy time building trust

• Thrive in a role where collaboration and leadership go hand in hand

• Are self-motivated, engaged, and quality-conscious

• Speak and write Swedish and English fluently

⏱ Scope: Full-time 100%

• Travel and presence at the customer site occur every week

• Security clearance may be required for parts of the assignment
