We have three equally important business areas in our organization: mail, parcels, and logistics. We are now looking for a Traffic Manager for our LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) unit within the logistics business area.

You, us, and the job

As a Traffic Manager within our LTL division, you are responsible for directing traffic and cargo flows on a daily basis based on our customers' bookings, in close collaboration with drivers and transport companies. You plan operations, ensure resources, and work proactively to maintain high quality and customer satisfaction. You report to the Traffic Director.

What you will do

  • Plan and direct daily traffic based on customer needs and bookings.
  • Ensure resources to deliver stable quality.
  • Maintain ongoing contact with transport companies and customers with a focus on results, environment, and quality.
  • Support the Traffic Director and colleagues in daily operations.
  • Suggest improvements in production to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in projects and the implementation of new business areas.
  • Approve ad hoc traffic purchases on commercial grounds.

What you bring with you

  • A high school diploma.
  • Experience from a similar role in the transport industry, preferably with a focus on domestic transport and LTL cargo.
  • Experience with special transports is an advantage.
  • Good administrative skills, system proficiency, and knowledge of the Office suite.
  • Excellent proficiency in Swedish and knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
