Posti is currently recruiting, on behalf of our client, an experienced employee for an established company specializing in vehicle refurbishment and damage management. About the Role

The role involves working on preparatory tasks prior to painting and finishing vehicles. This is a practical and meticulous job where finish and precision are crucial for the final result. Examples of tasks include:

• Preparation of body parts
• Sanding and surface treatment
• Puttying and filling
• Masking and protecting vehicle parts prior to the painting process
• Inspection and quality assurance of substrates and surfaces

The work is carried out in close collaboration with other functions in the workshop and requires you to be self-motivated, structured, and quality-conscious.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience in vehicle preparation, bodywork, or similar practical tasks related to painting processes. You are accustomed to working with high quality standards and are confident in independently handling common tasks within the field. Meritorious:

• Education in vehicles or painting
