We are now looking for you who want to lead the daily operations in the Polstjärnan/Ägarsfären group and work with property services, outdoor environments, and indoor cleaning for our corporate customers.

Make a difference with us

As a working foreman at Riksbyggen, you will be one of those working closest to the tenants. You are responsible for leading and distributing the work, supporting and guiding employees within the group, and you are the natural contact person for property maintenance and following up on deliveries at customer sites. As a working foreman, you are part of the maintenance group that handles internal and external maintenance for our corporate customers. Your role will involve planning, administering, and leading daily work, as well as having close contact with your group manager, employees, and tenants.

Administrative tasks include, for example, resource planning, email, telephone, ordering/purchasing materials, customer contact, handling invoices, managing fault reports, and orders.

You work in a group, you plan your days together, and take initiative – you have great freedom under responsibility. Time reporting and other administrative tasks are performed at the computer and on mobile devices.

We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, unpretentious, and engaged. You enjoy planning your own time and are structured. We want you to have the ability to identify and meet our customers' needs. You should have a positive attitude towards your work, our customers, and your colleagues. It is also important that you have the ability to create a pleasant atmosphere and trust in your contact with the tenants. You are practical-minded and enjoy being active.

You have experience working with outdoor environments, indoor cleaning, and property services, and you have a B driver's license for manual transmission. You have experience in administrative work and have good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing. We would appreciate if you have prior leadership experience.

The position is a permanent position based in Stockholm.
