Who are you?

To succeed in the role of Estimator, you need to have prior experience from the construction industry, preferably in a production role such as Site Manager or Foreman, although this is not a strict requirement. As an Estimator/Proposal Engineer, you are involved from the start. Your responsibilities include, among other things, responding to incoming inquiries, preparing complete and ready-to-submit proposals based on the conditions of each inquiry, and collaborating with suppliers, customers, and colleagues. As an Estimator, you have a business mindset and see cost-effective solutions in the various proposals you submit. Furthermore, you are communicative and structured in your work.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least five years of documented experience in the role of Estimator or a similar position.
• Has relevant education or equivalent experience within the industry.
• Has experience estimating for both public and/or private tenders.
• Has good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Has good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B).

Employment type:

Permanent position, project-based employment, or subcontractor role.
