About the Project Manager Role

The first project you will take on is a large infrastructure project in Nacka municipality in an urban environment. The project is driven and coordinated with surrounding developers' projects as well as the expansion of the Metro. The work also requires significant collaboration with utility owners and the Traffic Administration.

As the project manager, you follow all stages of the project from planning, design, production, implementation, and handover to administration. Your responsibility is to ensure that the projects are built to the right quality and meet the correct program requirements. You lead and control all stages of the construction process, collaborate with consultants and contractors, prepare project budgets, ensure occupational health and safety and quality, and are responsible for developing a common project culture in your projects. You have overall responsibility for the economy and ensure budget compliance.

Your main responsibilities:

• Responsible for all stages of the projects from planning, design, production, implementation, and handover to administration.
• Ensure quality and requirements, project budget, and occupational health and safety.
• Work long-term to develop a common project culture in your projects.
• Overall responsibility for the economy and ensure budget compliance.

About You

To succeed in the role of Project Manager, we see that you have a career within infrastructure projects where at least one of your projects has been of a larger scale. You likely have a university education in construction and civil engineering or equivalent competence through experience. You are confident in all stages of project management such as planning, design, production, and implementation. You have good knowledge of occupational health and safety, procurement, contract law, and industry regulations, such as AMA. You have good knowledge of economic monitoring and forecasting and are a proficient user of the Office suite. You are fluent in both Swedish and English in speech and writing and feel confident presenting to various stakeholders. Experience from collaborative contracts and/or state/municipal work is meritorious.

Important for the role are:

• Previous experience within infrastructure projects where at least one has been of a larger scale.
• University education in construction and civil engineering or equivalent competence through experience.

• Good knowledge of occupational health and safety, procurement, contract law, and industry regulations.
• Good knowledge of economic monitoring and forecasting.
• Proficient user of the Office suite.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English in speech and writing.

Meritorious for the role are:

• Experience from collaborative contracts.
• Experience from state or municipal work.
