This position reports to: Site Operations Manager.

Do you want to work in an international and technology-oriented environment where you contribute to the sustainable energy solutions of the future? ABB Control Room Solutions is now looking for a Fitter/Installer to join their team. You will become part of a business that develops and delivers advanced operator stations for control rooms, with customers in industries such as manufacturing, energy, and critical societal functions.

Your role and responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and commission operator stations and associated equipment at customer sites
• Ensure safe and high-quality deliveries in installation projects
• Pack, configure, and finalize solutions both in the workshop and on-site
• Travel within the Nordics and internationally for customer installations (from short assignments to approx. one week)
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers and partners

Your background

• Practical mindset with a strong technical interest and good IT skills
• Experience in assembling and installing technical equipment
• Accustomed to working both independently and in project teams
• Communicative, collaborative, and solution-oriented with strong relationship-building skills
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written (additional languages are a plus)
