We are looking for an engaged site supervisor who drives projects on-site. You lead the daily work, ensure that production flows according to plan, quality, and safety requirements, and play a central role between craftsmen, clients, and project management. This position suits you if you thrive in production rather than behind a desk.

Responsibilities

Planning and distribution of work within the team
Maintaining schedules and quality control
Notifications, key management, and construction meetings
Site setup, ETA registration, and inspections
Safety rounds, working environment, and incident reporting

We are looking for someone who

Has experience from the construction industry (preferably window renovation)
Has worked as a lead installer, supervisor, or similar role
Is self-initiating, solution-oriented, and communicative
Thrives with responsibility and a fast pace

Meritorious qualifications: BAS-P/U, BAM, experience with condominium projects, Polish/English.

Personal qualities You take ownership, make decisions, and bring people along without raising your voice. In short: you are the person people ask when something needs to be solved.
